Products & pricing

We take care to describe and price our jewellery accurately. As pieces are often handcrafted, slight variations in weight, colour and finish may occur. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct errors and update prices at any time.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm orders by email; we may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error is found — and will refund any amount already paid.

Payment

Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Where offered, you may also reserve a piece and complete payment at our boutique or on delivery.

Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. High-value items may require signature or identity verification on receipt.

Returns & exchanges

Please contact us within a reasonable period of receiving your order to discuss returns or exchanges. Custom, bespoke and engraved pieces may not be eligible for return. Items must be unworn and in original condition with all packaging and certificates.
